Photographer Johan AdlercreutzJohan Adlercreutz was born in Sweden in 1956 and has photographed dogs in some 30 countries the world over, professionally for over 20 years.
He is one of few, maybe the only, photographer in the world who has seen and photographed virtually all currently existing recognized breeds of dogs.
Johan has a solid foundation in the canine world having been the Editor in Chief for the national Swedish dog magazine Vi Hundägare during the 80's.
In 1990 Johan and his wife Jaye moved to Canada and their dog related work has since appeared in publications in Austria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Japan, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and the USA.
Johan Adlercreutz' dog photography has been featured in numerous books, mainly in Europe and North America, and to date three dog books have been photographed entirely by him.
One of these books "Dogs of the World" featuring over 370 different dog breeds and written by Johan's father, international all breed Judge Carl-Johan, was first published in Sweden in 1994 and has since been translated into five other languages (note: not yet available in English).
Johan has been an overseas magazine correspondent for a decade and he writes regularly for the Swedish Kennel Club magazine Hundsport, one of the world's largest dog club magazines.
Hundreds of his magazine articles with accompanying photography have been featured in dog magazines over the years and he has over 40 magazine and book covers to his credit.
