Continue reading »]]> The film “Nordantigs Ansikten” (the faces of Nordanstig) which is produced by Thomas Johansson and Olle Englund among others, for Nordanstig Tourism is now finished and had it’s first official showing in the recently re-equipped theatre in Bergsjö on February 21st, 2013.
Today, just a few days later the film is available for all to see on YouTube.

Continue reading »]]> Another of Kustleden’s year-round alternatives has been ready to receive guests since November.

Kustleden Tallen has three double rooms and one large comfortable single room.

At Tallen there’s now a great number of books currently being organized. The books share space with the large conference room which also has equipment for meetings and lectures.

There’s also a smaller conference room suitable for meetings of groups up to six.

In the basement you’ll find Kustleden’s cinema – The Film Room – which will shortly feature a new film schedule for Kustleden’s guesta and customers. Adjacent to the Film Room is the Film Café.

All rooms at Tallen are ready for rent and we’re currently working with the renovation of the sauna.

Some time ago we promised photos and here they are. We will update the photographs when days are longer and brighter…

Continue reading »]]> We have finally had time to update some pictures from this year’s events.

Photos from our National Day, Pick-Nick in the Park, fishing contests etc. are now found under the “Pictures” menu.

We’re now waiting for the next great event – The Jussi Björling Concert weekend in Strömsbruk, September 10th-11th.

Continue reading »]]> We had a great paddle day yesterday with all boats out on different adventures at the same time.

One team paddled the entire Nordanstig Canoe Route while a big group paddled both canoes and kayaks from Storsjön by Bergsjö to Strömsbruk.

Another three canoes with a happy and enthusiastic gang containing some very young paddlers made the excursion to Holm in Thursday’s wonderful weather.

We met many tanned faces with bright smiles during the day and the last canoe was put to bed just before dark.

Now were facing August – another wonderful summer month.
